How is your posture? Try this test to see how aligned your body is

Stand in front of a mirror in a  relaxed position and answer these questions. 

  • Are your feet pointing straight ahead?
  • Is one foot turned in or out more than the other?
  • Is one shoulder higher than the other 
  • Are you able to see the backs of your hands 
  • Are your kneecaps facing in or out instead of forward?
  • Is there a difference in the weight in your feet, right vs. left, toes vs. heels?

If you see that there are differences between the right and left side of your body this means it is not balanced. This can lead compensations in the body and eventually can cause limitations and pain.
