How is your posture? Try this test

How is Your Posture? Try This Test:

Stand in front of a mirror in a relaxed position and answer the following questions:

  • Are your feet pointing straight ahead?
  • Is one foot turned in or out more than the other?
  • Is one shoulder higher than the other?
  • Are you able to see the backs of your hands?
  • Are your kneecaps facing in or out instead of forward?
  • Is there a difference in the weight distribution between your feet—right vs. left, toes vs. heels?

If you notice differences between the right and left sides of your body, it means your posture is imbalanced. Over time, this imbalance can lead to compensations in the body, which may result in pain and limitations.
