Thank you for attending the Golf & Racquet Sport Alignment Workshop.
I hope the workshop helped you better understand how alignment, movement patterns, and everyday compensation can influence performance, mobility, and pain.
 Small changes in how the body loads and moves can often create noticeable changes in how you feel during golf, tennis, pickleball, and daily life.

  • Walking with Thoracic Extension Awareness

Most people focus only on technique, strength, or stretching.
But the body has to support the movement first.
When joints are more balanced and the body loads more evenly, movement often becomes smoother, more efficient, and less stressful.
