
Align & Balance is a weekly alignment and movement class designed to help improve posture, mobility, balance, strength, and overall movement quality through intentional movement and body awareness.
This class blends alignment-based movement, mobility work, posture-focused exercises, balance training, and gentle strengthening to help the body move more efficiently and feel better overall.
Rather than pushing through movement, Align & Balance focuses on helping the body reconnect to better positioning, stability, and functional movement patterns.
Whether you’re dealing with stiffness, tension, balance challenges, postural issues, or simply looking to move and feel better, this class is designed to support all levels.
