In person/online Postural Therapy

Persistent pain and movement limitations can take away from your quality of life. Courtney will identify the root causes of these issues and provide you with the tools to heal your body. By improving your posture, you can increase flexibility, build strength, boost endurance, and enhance your overall fitness. You’ll move better, feel better, and look better.

Once you are aligned and out of pain  work with personal trainer to improve your strength.

In person/ virtual Movement Training

The goal at Functional Fitness is to transform your perspective on fitness, making it an integral part of your lifestyle. By improving your posture and eliminating chronic pain, you’ll move better and feel better.
